Ancient yogic texts tell us that we have the ability to calm our mind
and eliminate stress and anxiety through the practice of meditation.
We will come together as community on Thursdays and explore
a variety of meditations together. Previous sessions have explored a
range from Vipassana (the original mindfulness practice) to mantra
meditations with mudras.
Although guided, this is an interactive collaborative experience and all
No previous meditation experience is necessary. You will leave this
practice with tools that will empower you to navigate your daily life.
