FREE Monthly Community Class (Last Saturday of each month) 
Saturday, March 27th 11am-12 pm 

Free Yoga Class for all levels. Beginners welcome! 
Arrive early to secure your spot. Teachers rotate to teach this class on a monthly basis. 
Please bring your own mat, water & a towel.  There will be NO MATS PROVIDED.
Hatha Yoga
Monday 5:30-6:40pm 

​In Studio & ZOOM
Be more present in the unfolding of each moment in this all levels usually slower paced flow class that incorporates Philosophy, Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation & more. We 
will use the breadth to guide our movement at a slow to moderate, but intuitive pace and end each class with a brief meditation. 
Explorations in Yoga
Tuesday 9:30-10:30pm 

Begins March 9th.
This class is designed for Yogis of all levels. Each class will include some Vinyasa at it's core to build heat and flexibility in order to focus the mind and prepare the body. From there, the practice will focus on creating a mind-body connection around our Chakras, various parts of the body and different types of practice. We will be in continuous joyful and inclusive learning about our practices and ourselves. 
Mindful Flow
Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm    
 
Cultivate a more mindful presence with this all-levels flow class, emphasizing awareness, alignment and breath. Mindfulness is a focused non-judgmental awareness of each movement. Explore being fully present.  Consistently creating space in your daily routine for mindful practice has the power, not only to create healing, strength and flexibility of body and mind , but also to reveal a steadiness in thought and actions beyond the poses that can truly transform your life. This class is accessible to all levels.
Mindful Morning
Wednesday 6-7am 

A mid-week mind body flow to reset and reconnect. 
Curvy Yoga
 Wednesday 7-8pm 

Have you ever wanted to try yoga but thought your body was too…, whatever? Or have you felt out of place in a traditional yoga class? In this body affirming class, we will lovingly explore what is possible by making poses accessible with props and modifications, while building strength and flexibility. When the world expects you to shrink, this class invites you to take up space. All levels and all bodies welcome!
Functional Flow
Thursday 9:30-10:30am

Functional Flow is connecting the breadth with fluid movement, anatomy and applying it to the traditional practice of yoga. A focus on mobility and stability, while utilizing props to explore individual alignment creating a strong and well balanced practice. This offering is designed to give one the opportunity to move in ways that support movement patterns that we rely on in daily activities.  This is an all levels class.
Stretch & Release
Thursday 5:30-6:30pm
In Studio & ZOOM  

Slow paced deep stretch/Yin style class where postures are held for longer periods of time with the intention of creating more space in the body and mind. Suitable for all levels. Props recommended ( but not required) : Blankets & Blocks 
Heated Early Flow
Friday  6-7am 

Get a head start to  your day, with this early morning practice. Medium level  class,  studio is slightly warmed up to enhance and an active flow and deep stretch. This class is accessible to all levels. Please arrive early , studio doors are locked  at  start of class.
